Promotion Eligibility Terms & Conditions

  • This initiative is strictly available to School Teachers only. Eligible teacher professions and Job Types are limited to: Classroom Paraprofessional, Teaching Assistant & Substitute, Intervention & Inclusion Specialist, Tutor, Senior Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, Student counsellor, Primary Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Casual Teacher, ESL Teacher, Special Ed Teacher, Teacher Aide, Vocational Education and Training (VET) Instructor, Pre-School & Early Years Practitioner, and Classroom Technician.
  • Eligible participants must reside in a county where Qatar Airways operates direct flights through Doha. 
  • Successful participants who receive a promo code and book a complimentary flight must present the following documents of authenticity at the airport check-in desk at the time of departure:
  • An official stamped and signed letter from the Institution or School of current employment, which must clearly state the occupation, country of employment, Staff ID or Reference Number matching the information submitted on the campaign registration form. Copies or photographs of this letter will not be accepted. 
  • An Employment ID or a Reference Number Certificate.
  • A ‘Reference Number’ relates to a Professional Teacher Registration Number assigned by a Board of Education or Ministry Register.
  • Boarding will be denied, should any customer fail to provide the required physical documents of authenticity i.e. Official Employment Letter, Staff ID or Reference number certificate in addition to regular passport documents. 

Redemption Terms & Conditions

  • Initiative duration: 5 October 2020 – 7 October 2020.
  • Travel period: 20 October 2020 – 30 September 2021. All Travel must be completed by 30 September 2021. 
  • Promo code registration and allocation:
    • Personal information submitted on the registration form (First Name, Last Name, Passport number) are required to match that of the main booker (Teacher) using the Complimentary Flight Promo Code. 
    • All information submitted on the registration form are considered final and cannot be amended at any point of time.
    • All entries are subject to review and validation. Successful participants will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of registering on qatarairways.com.
    • The Complimentary Flight promo code is assigned to the successful participant based on the information provided in the form and is non-transferable. 
    • Promo codes are limited to 21,000 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to entry validation and review. A daily allocation of codes will be distributed by country throughout the initiative’s period. The allocation is refreshed daily at 4 a.m. Doha time (GMT+3).
    • Qatar Airways reserves the right to disqualify participant entries or cancel any booking without prior notice if false identification or fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to cases where participants register multiple entries using various email addresses in an attempt to secure more than one promo code for a complimentary ticket. 
  • Promo code use: 
    • Promo code redemption period: 7 October – 1 November 2020.
    • Travel period: Bookings can be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the first flight’s date of departure. All Travel must be completed by 30 September 2021. 
    • The promo code is valid for a single booking for one adult ticket (age 12+) and is valid on Qatar Airways operated return (roundtrip) itineraries worldwide, excluding codeshare and interline partnerships.
    • The Complimentary Flight Promo Code  must be entered in the booking widget at the time of flight search.
    • If the Complimentary Flight Promo Code  is entered correctly at the time of flight search, the special discounted fare will show marked with a red asterisk ‘*’ in the flight selection page.
    • Complimentary tickets are limited to the “W” booking class in the Economy Class Promo fare family. 
    • When the Complimentary Flight Promo Code is used, the ‘fare per passenger’ and the “carrier imposed international surcharge” amounts, found in the Price Breakdown after flight selection, will be waived. However, any other taxes, service fees or standard market charges will be payable by passengers and will be displayed at the time of booking.
    • Qatar Airways will not be liable for refunds if a customer fails to enter the Complimentary Flight Promo Code during the flight search process and ended up paying a higher fare resulting from not following the above-mentioned process.
    • Successful participants will be entitled to make one booking only using the Complimentary Flight Promo Code. If more than one booking is made by the same participant, the first booking will be retained and any subsequent bookings will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. 
    • The Complimentary Flight Promo Code cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
    • Seats are limited and are subject to availability, once the Complimentary Flight Promo Code is received, please redeem on qatarairways.com at the earliest convenience.
    • In case of involuntary flight cancellation or re-routing, the passenger can refer to the latest Extending Our Confidence policy for more details.
    • Other terms and conditions apply, please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking for more details on change fees and stay conditions pertaining to the booking class included in the offer.

Future Travel Promo Code Redemption Terms & Conditions

  • Travel period: 20 October 2020 – 30 September 2021. Bookings can be made a minimum 14 days prior to first flight’s date of departure. All travel must be completed by 30 September 2021. 
  • Promo code redemption period: 7 October 2020 – 1 November 2020.
  • Promo code receipt: After the complimentary flight has been booked, customers will find the Future Travel Promo Code in the booking confirmation page and email.
  • The Future Travel Promo Code is valid for a single booking for one adult ticket (age 12+) and is non-transferable after the booking is made using the promo code.
  • The Future Travel Promo Code is valid on Qatar Airways operated return itineraries worldwide, excluding codeshare and interline partnerships. 
  • The Future Travel Promo Code must be entered in the booking widget at the time of flight search.
  • If the Future Travel Promo Code is entered correctly at the time of flight search, the special discounted fare will show marked with a red asterisk ‘*’ in the flight selection page.
  • The Future Travel Promo Code is valid only on flights listed under ‘N,S,V,L,M,K,H,B,Y’ booking classes in the Economy Saver, Economy Value and Economy Flexi selections in the flight selection page. 
  • A discount of 50% applies only on the ‘Fare per passenger’ amount which can be found in the Price Breakdown after flight selection. Discount does not apply to surcharges, taxes, service fees or any other standard market charges.
  • Qatar Airways will not be liable for refunds if a customer fails to enter the Future Travel promo code during the flight search process and ended up paying a higher fare resulting from not following the above-mentioned process.
  • Only one booking can be made using the Future Travel Promo Code. If more than one booking is made by the same customer, the first booking will be retained and any subsequent bookings will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. 
  • The Future Travel Promo Code cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • Seats are limited and are subject to availability, once the Future Travel Promo Code is received please redeem on qatarairways.com at the earliest convenience.

Privilege Club Enrolment Terms & Conditions

This offer is applicable only to main members who join to Privilege Club using the promo code 2021.
  • Enrolment Period: 05 October 2020 – 07 October 2020.
  • Members who join with the applicable Promo Code will receive 2,021 bonus Qmiles at the time of enrolment.
  • Members who did not quote the Promo Code at the time of enrolment will not receive the bonus Qmiles.
