VIVIFI Promo Code: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which mobile network is VIVIFI on?

VIVIFI is running on Singtel mobile network.

Can I use the same ID to apply for more VIVIFI lines?

You are allowed to use the same ID to apply for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans!

Simply register for a new account to sign up for more VIVIFI plans. You may refer to this guide for steps on registering for a new VIVIFI account.

Is VIVIFI Mobile Plan a contracted mobile plan?

VIVIFI Mobile plan does not “lock” your mobile number like other Telco contracted mobile plans. 

You may port out anytime. However, we would like to encourage you to at least try out VIVIFI for some time.

As such, there is minimum period of only 2 bills cycles (i.e. 2 issued bills from VIVIFI) for VIVIFI Mobile plans. The first issued bill will be in the mid of the next month from the day your VIVIFI SIM card is activated. If you are signing up in the middle of the month, it will include the pro-rated charges for the month of sign up and a full charge for the following month. Your second issued bill will be around the mid of the next month after the first issued bill. 

If VIVIFI mobile service does not meet your needs, you can terminate your VIVIFI Mobile plan after the minimum period. Termination of Mobile Plan is aligned with calendar month. 

If I have different entitlements for my VIVIFI plan, which entitlement will be consumed first?

For customers who have purchased Boosters or are currently given promo entitlements, the consumption will be in this order:

1. Promo entitlement (if any)

2. One-time purchase Booster (if any)

3. Monthly recurring Booster (if any)

4. Base plan entitlement

For example, if you are on VIVIFI Share plan and have made a one-time purchase of Booster 10GB, your data usage will be deducted from the promo data first (eg. Promo 20GB, Promo – BDAY10GB). And once the promo data has been depleted, the data usage will be deducted from Booster 10GB add-on. Since there is no monthly recurring add-on, the next deduction for data usage will be made from the base plan entitlement. 

Please note that for VIVIFI Share users, the Boosters purchased for a specific mobile number cannot be shared with other numbers within the same VIVIFI Share group. If a Booster has been purchased for just one number within the Share group, the Booster can only be used by that particular number.

How much does it cost to transfer VIVIFI plan ownership?

It costs $21.40 inclusive of GST. A one time charge of $21.40 (inclusive of GST) applies for Transfer of Ownership requests.

If you are an existing owner of VIVIFI plan and would like to transfer your mobile line to another person, you will need to  do the following:

1. Email VIVIFI at help@vivifi.me to initiate the Transfer of Ownership request. 

2. Download and complete the Transfer of Ownership form.

3. Visit any of VIVIFI’s Self-collection points in person, together with the person you are transferring your mobile line to.

4. Present the completed Transfer of Ownership form, your original NRIC/FIN card and the new owner’s original NRIC/FIN card to the VIVIFI staff at the Self-collection point.

5. VIVIFI will make a deduction of $21.40 (inclusive of GST) from the payment card tied to the VIVIFI account which is to be transferred.

6. The transfer process will be completed once payment has been made successfully.

How to change your VIVIFI plan?

Change of mobile plan will be processed on the 7th, 15th and 21st day of the month. If the date falls on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day. Please note that after the plan change request has been processed, your new plan entitlements/ subscription fee will be prorated for that month.

Plan change will take around 3 to 5 business days to have the display updated.

1. Email address registered for the mobile number?
2. Last 4 digit of the NRIC/ID of the registered name?
3. The mobile number?
4. Current existing plan?

Requirements to sign up for VIVIFI plan

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age and having your own ID/NRIC upon sign up. Otherwise, you can have a parent or family member sign up for you under their ID/NRIC.

Get ready the following :

• an email address
• a Singapore contract number for the purpose of SIM Card delivery
• a clear picture file of the front of your ID*
• a clear picture file of the back of your ID*
• a debit or credit card 

* picture files must be in gif, jpg, jpeg, png format, not exceeding 3MB

Email Address

An email is required to sign up for a VIVIFI account and each VIVIFI account can only purchase one mobile plan (either VIVIFI Share Plan, VIVIFI Lite Plan, VIVIFI Plus Plan). 

If you already have an existing VIVIFI Mobile Plan, you will need to use another email to sign up for a new VIVIFI account in order to make a new purchase.
