Sushi Tei introduces first-ever Plant-based Menu, with meat-free dishes
Sushi Tei just announces a pleasant new surprise addition to its menu – its first-ever plant-based menu!

Sushi Tei plant-based menu, is a unique reimagination of Japanese-style dishes, which is available from today to 13 October!
Choose among meat-free dishes such as the Shokobutsu BBQ Ham Roll and Shokubutsu Ebi Roll which resemble maki sushi and will leave you wanting more. There’s also a plate of steaming hot curry rice, adorned with shiitake mushroom and a fluffy, savoury omelette – Shokubutsu Curry Omurice.
Try out Shokubutsu Hamburg, a juicy patty drenched with sweet sauce and topped with avocado and shimeji mushroom, and Shokubutsu Fish Nugget, an addictive appetiser starring OKK’s konnyaku, which is naturally cholesterol-free, high in fibre and low in calories are not to be missed!
Produced in collaboration with @countryfoodssg and @growthwellfoods, the new Sushi Tei plant-based menu is part of our seasonal wellness menu, Kenko Feast, which features other healthy creations such as Buta Soy Milk Ramen, Goshiki Don, and the season’s freshest prized chutoro.
