Singapore Annual Light to Night Festival 2021 returns with a redefined, hybrid experience! As the new year has just turned around the corner, National Gallery Singapore is hosting the return of our beloved Light To Night Festival on 22nd to 31st Jan 2021.
Discover a mix of digital and physical experiences within the Civic District exploring the idea of things evolving, growing, and being in flux.
The theme of the upcoming Light to Night Festival is “—-” -in-progress. It celebrates the idea of being in flux and of evolution and growth. Echoing the zeitgeist of 2020, we continue to discover and experiment with new realities and disruption, with the hope of progress.
(After reading that, we feel like we are trying to decipher some form of abstract art. Nonetheless, we are really looking forward to the annual Light To Night Festival!)
This time round, it will return as a hybrid festival featuring art, performances and activities both online and offline across the Civic District!
As per past year’s festivals, there will be light displays located at National Gallery Singapore, Asian Civilisations Museum, The Arts House, Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall, Esplanade Concourse and Esplanade Outdoor Theatre.
