All visitors included in the booking must be 10 Years of Wonders Season Pass holders, and are required to present their e-Pass before admission to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
• Additional charges may apply for special events held in Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.

Complimentary 2-hour parking for members via Contactless Carpark Entry System

• From 1 July 2020, the Contactless Carpark Entry system has been implemented for members’ convenience. The new system allows Friends of the Gardens who have successfully registered their Car Plate/IU number to enjoy complimentary 2-hour parking, without the need to redeem/scan a coupon. Terms and conditions apply.
• The present system of issuing physical carpark coupons to current members will be phased out after 31 August 2020. Current members who wish to enjoy complimentary 2-hour parking will need to apply for the Contactless Carpark Entry System by the extended deadline of 21 August 2020. To do so, please download Gardens by the Bay mobile app, click “Friends”, “My Particulars”, provide both your Car Plate and IU numbers and confirm your submission. 
• Please note that upon your application, it will take at least 5 working days (excluding Sat and Sun) to process the Car Plate/IU update to our park system. Members will receive a confirmation email once their Car Plate/IU number has been successfully registered to the car park system.
• In the interim period, members may still continue to redeem their 2-hour parking coupons from our Friends of the Gardens Centre. The Centre is open daily from 9am to 8pm.
