Q: Can I enjoy the promotions if I’m already in a physical Decathlon store? What if I want to buy a product in-store and takeaway?

Yes, all ongoing promotions for 11.11 will apply in-store as well.

Simply Scan & Pay with the Decathlon App or checkout via decathlon.sg on your mobile to complete your purchase. For both methods, you will need to sign up as a Decathlon member if you have not already done so.

Q: How do I add products to the Sports Bundle?

1. Make sure you’re logged in on either the Decathlon App or decathlon.sg

2. Browse our 11% Bundle Deals page to choose your product and click on it

3. You will be able to see 1-2 other products that can be bundled together with the product that you have chosen on this product page

4. Add them all to your cart if you’re satisfied with the bundle combination – you may choose to add multiple bundles as well

5. The 11% discount will be automatically applied to each complete sports bundle in your cart

6. You may also add products from other promotions into your cart (e.g. Buy More Save More, Clearance, etc.)

7. If you have an e-Voucher ($5 or $11), you may apply it to your cart and pay the remaining sum after the discount

Q: How do I add products to qualify for the ‘Buy More Save More’ deal?

1. Ensure that you’re logged in on either the Decathlon App or on decathlon.sg

2. Browse over 50 different product models on the Buy More Save More page

3. Choose the colours you want and add them to cart

4. You may choose any combination of colours e.g. 3 products of the same colour, or mixed – either one works!

5. The 11% discount will be automatically applied to each product model that has at least 3 quantities in the cart

6. You may also add products from other promotions into your cart (e.g. Buy More Save More, Clearance, etc.)

7. If you have an e-Voucher ($5 or $11), you may apply it to your cart and pay the remaining sum after the discount

Q: How can I qualify for the free $11 Welcome e-Voucher?

Simply sign up as a new Decathlon member and make an online (Decathlon App or decathlon.sg) purchase of at least $60 (final transacted value – after discounts) on 11 & 12 November 2021. If you’ve signed up as a Decathlon member before but never made an online purchase, you are entitled to the e-Voucher as well – simply make your first-ever online purchase of at least $60 in final transacted value (after discounts) on 11 & 12 November 2021.

Q: How soon will I get my $11 Welcome e-Voucher?

Your $11 e-Voucher will be automatically issued to your Decathlon account and ready to use after 24 hours on your subsequent order. You will also receive an email notification upon receiving it.

Q: How long is my $11 Welcome e-Voucher valid for?

The $11 e-Voucher is valid till 30 June 2022.

Q: What if I wish to purchase something using the $11 Welcome e-Voucher – is there a minimum purchase value when using it?

There is a $12 minimum purchase amount when using the $11 e-Voucher.

Q: Can I use the $11 e-Voucher with any other ongoing promotions?

Yes, the e-Voucher can be used with any other promotions (e.g. 11% off Bundle Deals, Clearance, Buy More Save More) so long as your final transacted value is $12 and/or above after discounts.

Q: Will I be able to exchange or return items purchased as part of the promotion?

The usual exchange and refund policy still applies and can be found here

Q: Can I exchange the $11 e-Voucher for cash?

No, as the $11 e-Voucher can only be used to make purchases on the Decathlon App or decathlon.sg.

Q: Can I combine different promotions together in the same order?

Yes, you can combine multiple promotions together! For example, if you have 5 x Clearance items, 2 x 11% Bundle Deals and 2 x Buy More Save More promos in your cart:

• You will get an 11% Off Voucher in your cart which can be applied to items in the Bundle Deals and Buy More Save More promos

• Clearance items will automatically be discounted when they are added to the cart

• If you have an e-Voucher of any amount (usually $5 or $11), you can also apply it to your entire purchase, and pay for the remaining sum after the discount

Q. If I choose a mixed delivery option (combination of TakeAway In-Store and Delivery) on the Decathlon App, do the promotions (11% Bundle Deals, $11 Welcome e-Voucher) still apply?

Unfortunately we are currently unable to apply the promotions on Mixed Deliveries (more common in our Click-and-Collect stores which carry a smaller range of products in stock)
