Introduction of Collins
Collin’s restaurant was established in 2012 by Chef Collin Ho, he opened the first Collin’s food store in a coffee shop at Geylang. To become a brand it took more than 20 years, he worked as a cook in different restaurants and hotels to get experience of cooking.
Collin Ho was born in 1976, he started their cooking class at the age of 14 years old from his grandmother. Later he was an army chef during his job at National service. In 2020, he was appointed as the Chief Executive of SF Group limited. SF group is an investment holding company that manages the Collin’s franchise.
Collins Menu Highlights: Chicken & Pork Rib
Collins Chicken & Pork Rib involves covering it in flavor-enhancing tenderizing liquids before grilling, broiling, baking or roasting it. The more you do to the meat before you cook it, the less you have to do during or after. In this case apple juice or cider gives tang and wards off stringiness, a small amount of oil keeps things juicy and maple syrup, soy, star anise, cinnamon and garlic impart deep, luscious flavor.
